Nobody leaves a scooter in a car park with the keys under the seat.
- 01We arrive at the agreed timeYour window is agreed at booking, 8:00am to 10:00am or 4:00pm to 6:00pm, and we message you on the way.
- 02Documents and licenceWe check your licence and ID against the rider requirements. Your temporary licence has to be ready before we arrive.
- 03Helmet fittingA helmet protects you only if it fits, so we size and adjust it with you before you ride.
- 04Inspection walk-throughTyres, brakes, lights, mirrors, horn and fuel, checked with you. Condition photographs taken with you present.
- 05Control checkA short handling check in a safe spot near your accommodation before you take it onto the road.
- 06Parking and routesWe agree where the scooter stands overnight and talk through the routes near you.

Overnight parking
We agree where the scooter stands overnight before delivery day. Confirm it with your host or the front desk before you book.
- Off-street or secured parking where the property has it
- Covered parking preferred in the rainy season
- You are responsible for the scooter while it is with you, under the rental terms
Hotels, villas and Airbnbs
Tell us who opens the gate.
The handover is the same wherever you stay. What changes is who lets us in and who sets the parking rules.
At a hotel or resort
Give us the hotel name and we meet you at the entrance or wherever the front desk sends us. Ask reception first whether a scooter can be parked on the property, because the rules differ by hotel.
At a villa
Send the full address with any gate code, and tell us if the approach is hard to find. Villa managers set their own parking rules, so agree a spot with yours before the scooter arrives.
At an Airbnb
Most hosts are not on site, so tell us which door to come to and give us a number that reaches you. Check with your host that a scooter can stay overnight before you book.
Multi-day rentals
- US$65 per scooter, per day. 7 days: US$455
- Your scooter is held for every day you book, so book early if your dates are fixed
- Refuelling is yours during the rental, under the fuel rule

Collection when you leave
- Collected from the same address unless you tell us otherwise

- Early flight? Ask about collecting the evening before
- The return inspection happens with you present
- The deposit is released after the inspection
Do you deliver to yachts and marinas?

Is my address too far out?
Message us with the address before you book. Settling that first beats a delivery that fails on the day.
Does the hotel need to approve the scooter being parked there?
In practice, yes. Hotels and villa managers set their own parking rules. Confirm it at booking rather than find a problem at 10pm on your first night.
Do you work with my hotel?
Revura is an independent rental business, not an agent or partner of any hotel. Your hotel sets its parking rules and we handle the scooter.
