An enquiry reaches a person, who replies with availability and anything you need to know before you commit. It does not hold a scooter. If you are unsure whether you qualify to ride, read the rider requirements before you write to us.
Two things save a message back and forth. Write the rental date as day, month and year, and give phone numbers with the country code. Both are plain text boxes, so there is no picker to fight with. What you send is used to answer you, and the privacy policy covers what happens to it after that.
