POLICY
Privacy policy
What Revura collects, why, how long it is kept and who can see it. Renting a scooter here means handing over a licence and an ID, so this page matters more than most privacy policies do.
A privacy policy has to describe what actually happens, not what would be reasonable. The structure below is complete; the facts inside it come from the WordPress audit (which plugins store what) and from Revura (retention decisions, who has access). Section 44 of the brief also requires documenting where uploaded documents are stored and who can access them, and that documentation is what fills this page.
