Revura takes the details a scooter rental needs and nothing else. You give your name and contact details so Revura can answer you and confirm a date, your age and riding history so Revura can check you qualify under the rider requirements, and a payment to hold the scooter. Your driving licence and photo identification are checked in person at handover, because this website has no document upload. Revura does not sell personal information.

Who we are

Revura Scooter Rentals is responsible for the personal information collected on this website and for your rental. Revura Scooter Rentals is a trading name, not a registered company.

What we collect

Enquiries	Name, email, telephone, WhatsApp number, ship or accommodation, rental date, your message
Availability checks	Name, contact detail, dates, pickup type, number of scooters
Bookings	The above plus age, licence country, licence type, riding experience, last ridden date, passenger and combined weight
Documents	Driving licence, passport and temporary licence, checked in person at handover. Revura keeps a copy of your licence and ID. Nothing is uploaded to this site
Payment	The full rental, paid at booking, and the US$500 security deposit, taken at pickup as a card hold or cash. How to pay comes with your booking confirmation
Rental records	Condition photographs at pickup and return, inspection records
Website use	None. No analytics or advertising tools run on this site

Bookings made on this website are saved in the website’s own database: your name, email, phone number, the rider’s age, your dates and pickup, and your ship or delivery address. Only Revura can see them in the website’s admin area.

The rental terms govern how Revura settles damage, loss and deposit questions, and the condition photographs are the record it works from.

Licence and identity documents

This website has no document upload. Nothing on it asks you to send a licence, a passport or an identity card, and no form here accepts a file. Revura reads your driving licence and photo identification in person, at the moment you collect the scooter. The booking steps set out where that check falls.

These documents get their own section because they are the most sensitive thing Revura sees. The three answers below cover whatever Revura writes down or keeps from that check.

Where the record is held: a private Google account. Google stores the records.
Who can see it: the owner of Revura, and nobody else.
How long it is kept: 12 months after the rental, then deleted.
Licence numbers and identity documents never reach an analytics or advertising platform

Revura rewrites this section before any document upload goes live on this site.

Revura keeps its records, including licence and ID copies, in a private Google account, so Google stores them. If you message Revura on WhatsApp or by email, those services carry your messages.

The website is hosted by Bluehost, which stores the online bookings and the messages sent through the forms on this site.

Online payments are made on PayPal’s own pages, so Revura does not see your card or bank details. PayPal sends us a payment notice, which we keep with your booking: the payment status and reference, and the name, email and any address on your PayPal account. PayPal’s own privacy notice covers what you give PayPal.

Revura does not sell personal information.

Analytics and advertising

Revura runs no analytics and no advertising tracking on this website today. Nothing here measures which pages you read, and nothing here follows you to another site.

Revura plans to use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel to see how visitors find and use the site. None of them will run until you have been asked and have agreed.

These never reach an analytics or advertising platform, whatever you agree to: licence numbers, identity documents, passport information, sensitive booking notes, payment details and health information.

The cookie policy lists what each cookie does and explains how you change your choices.

How long we keep things

Licence and ID documents	12 months after the rental, then deleted

Your rights

St. Kitts and Nevis passed a Data Protection Act in 2018. Revura has not been able to confirm that it is in force, so this policy does not claim rights under it.

Security

Revura follows standard WordPress security practice. Form inputs are sanitised and validated, and administrative access is limited to the people who run the rental. No system is perfectly secure, and this page will not claim otherwise.

Changes to this policy

24 September 2026: online booking added. Bookings made on this website are now stored on the website, as described under what we collect. Online payment by PayPal added, as described under who we share it with.
