The booking flow
Seven steps, in this order. The easy one comes first, and nothing is paid until you have read the total and the terms.
Check date availability
Send your date from the availability page. No payment, no commitment.
Confirm rider eligibility
Experience, licence, age and weight, checked against the rider requirements.
Pickup or delivery
Port Zante, or an address for delivery, with the delivery fee named.
Read the full total
Rental, fees, deposit and terms, in full, before payment. Every line comes from the price list.
Pay the booking amount
You pay the booking amount to hold the scooter. The balance is settled at pickup.
Show your documents
Licence and photo ID. This site has no upload, so Revura checks them in person at handover.
Receive confirmation
Written confirmation with pickup instructions and what to bring.

What a booking has to cover
Every booking answers these questions, whether you send the answers on WhatsApp or type them into a form. They decide which scooter goes out, what it costs and whether the rental can run at all.

The thresholds these answers are measured against sit on the rider requirements page, which keeps the law, the insurer’s conditions and Revura’s own operating rules apart.

Nothing is charged on this page. Revura confirms the booking with you on WhatsApp or by email, and payment follows once you have read the total above and accepted the terms.
Your licence and ID
This site has no document upload. Revura looks at your licence and photo ID in person at handover. If an upload is added later, it has to meet all of this before it goes live:
- File types restricted and checked
- Files never reachable from a public web address
- Access limited to the people who run the rental
- Documents deleted once the rental is closed
- Storage location and access set out in the privacy policy
