Yes, you can rent a scooter for your day in St. Kitts. We rent to experienced riders only, and every rider needs a local temporary licence before handover.

How your cruise day runs.
- 01Book by ship and dateTell us your ship and the date you are in port. Ships arrive and leave at different times, so we size the rental to your ship, not a fixed clock.
- 02Qualify before you sailWe check riding experience, licence and age when you book, against the rider requirements. Nobody should find a problem on the pier with a ship to catch.
- 03Get your temporary licenceArrange it before pickup. We cannot hand over a scooter without one. You can apply online before you travel: see the temporary licence guide.
- 04Walk to the meeting pointPickup is at Port Zante, about 10 minutes on foot from the pier. The Port Zante pickup page shows the way.
- 05Handover and control checkHelmet fitting, the pre-ride inspection, a practical control check and the condition photographs.
- 06Agree the turnaroundWe set a latest safe turnaround point against your all-aboard time. Past it, you head back whatever is still ahead.
- 07RideSomething wrong on the road? Send your location on WhatsApp and we come to you.
- 08Return and release the depositBack by the agreed time with the buffer intact. The return check uses the same list as pickup. Every charge is on the prices page.

When plans change
Cruise days go wrong in predictable ways.
Here is what happens in each case.
What if your ship never docks?
Weather and sea state cancel St. Kitts calls. If your ship does not dock, you get a full refund or a free date change.
What if your ship docks late?
Message us with your new arrival time. We shorten the route to the hours you have left and keep the turnaround against the same all-aboard time. Collection still has to fall between 8:00am and 12:00pm.
What if all-aboard moves earlier?
Message us. We re-plan the return and, where it helps, meet you closer to the pier instead of having you rush a route.
What if your cruise is cancelled?
If the cruise line cancels your cruise, we treat it as a missed port: a full refund or a free date change. Anything else follows the cancellation policy.
What if you are running late on the road?
Send your location on WhatsApp. We would rather redirect you early than have you ride hard to make up time. A late return is charged under the rental terms.
How long does the whole pickup process take?
Get your temporary licence before you arrive. We cannot hand over the scooter without it. At the meeting point we fit your helmet, run the handover and control check, and take the condition photographs.
Can I book on the morning I arrive?
Online bookings need 24 hours’ notice. For the same day, message us on WhatsApp: it depends on whether a scooter is free. Booking ahead also settles your rider qualification before you sail.
Can two of us ride together?
Yes. Each rider needs their own scooter, and both riders must qualify separately. Carrying a passenger instead depends on the passenger policy and the combined weight limit on the rider requirements page.
What if I have never ridden before?
Then a scooter is the wrong choice for your day ashore. St. Kitts has left-side driving, steep grades and variable road surfaces, and a cruise day is a hard deadline. A taxi tour covers the same sights without the risk. We would rather tell you that than take the booking.
