Mandatory items are charged on every rental. Optional items only if you choose them or they apply to your booking.
Cancelling?Cancel 31 or more days before your rental date for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. If your ship does not dock, you get a full refund or a free date change. Full rules in the cancellation policy.

Not included
- Insurance. The SafeRide System is a set of operating procedures, not an insurance product. Rider liability is set out in the rental terms.
- The government temporary-licence fee, paid to the issuing authority
- Fuel beyond the stated fuel rule
- Attraction entry fees, parking and meals on your route
- Damage, loss or fines, handled under the rental terms
How payment works
How you pay.
- 01Check the datePick your dates on the booking form, or send them to us on WhatsApp.
- 02Confirm you qualifyExperience, licence and age are checked against the rider requirements.
- 03Pay by PayPalPay the full rental when you book. PayPal adds a 5.57% fee.
- 04Deposit at pickupThe refundable US$500 is taken at handover, as a card hold or cash.

Is the price per person or per scooter?
Per scooter. A scooter carries one rider, and a passenger where permitted, so two people riding separately need a scooter each.
Do you offer discounts?
No. The rate is US$65 per scooter per day.
What happens to my deposit if the scooter comes back marked?
The return inspection compares the scooter against the photographs taken at pickup. If there is damage, the deduction and the evidence are shown to you before anything is charged.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Yes. All prices are in US dollars.
